At Rekt Drones, we believe in providing incomparable customer service. We have been administering quality drone repair in the Phoenix area since 2017. We have helped hundreds of people build and fix their drones so that they can quickly get back into the air.

A DIAGNOSTIC FEE IS MANDATORY FOR ALL REPAIRS AND MUST BE PAID UPON DROP OFF!
Diagnostic fee is $65 for DJI Drones (Mavic, Mini, etc.) and $50 for FPV Drones. The diagnostic fee will go towards the final cost of the repair. If for some reason we can not repair the drone, the diagnostic fee will not be refunded.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE YOUR DRONE BATTERY AND REMOTE CONTROLLER FULLY CHARGED FOR FASTER SERVICE.

Keep in mind that when you call, it is extremely difficult to diagnose an issue over the phone. You will most likely need to come down to the shop for proper drone diagnostic and repair or schedule a one on one with one of our Drone specialists during off peak hours.
If you need to send us your drone, please fill out an online repair form which can be found on our website, or email us at support@rektdrones.com to arrange shipping of your drone to our repair facility. Please make sure to include a CHARGED BATTERY and RADIO with your drone, as this makes it easier to keep track of your items if sent as a whole.
